Security Restrictions limit access to City Hall via the North entrance.

The One-Stop Center, (561) 393-7931, is located on the first floor of City Hall,
and offers the following services: occupational licensing, building permits and inspections, land and building information, zoning information, flood zone rating information and code enforcement.
The City cashier will accept payments for all the above, utility bills and City issued parking tickets.
THE CITY HALL ANNEX HAS MOVED TO THE NEW FIRE STATION!
The City Hall Annex serves as a base for police patrols in the northwestern area of the City. Citizens visiting this site are able to file requests for police reports, report incidents and crimes, be fingerprinted, pay water bills, and have access to the Property Information Database, the Library services at the City Hall Annex now operate out of the new fire station that is located at 3001 West Yamato Road. Water Bill payments may be mailed, or may be paid at The One-Stop Center, main floor of City Hall
during Business hours (8:00 AM to 4:45 PM), weekdays. Due to Security Restrictions, the drop box
for after hour payments is closed. Current payments only can be left, unsealed, at the Security Desk
during normal Business hours. Past Due payments must be made with the City Cashier. Payments can also
be made at the City Hall Annex at 3001 W. Yamato Road.
Electrical Service in Boca Raton is furnished by Florida Power and Light Company (FPL). Call customer services at (561) 994-8227 for connects, disconnects, billing inquiries and emergency service.
Parking tickets issued in the City of Boca Raton, by the City of Boca Raton, can also be paid at the
One-Stop Center For other inquiries about parking tickets, call (561) 338-1379 above between 9:00 A.M.
and 1:00 P.M. Note that Traffic tickets (e.g. "moving violations") are a County matter and must be
paid at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's County Criminal Division.
We are constantly striving to make it easier for our citizens to conduct Business with the city.
The One-Stop Center, main floor of City Hall enables citizens to obtain permits and licenses in a
single visit.
In addition, downloadable versions of our commonly used forms are available, so that you can print
the forms you need from your PC, fill them out and bring them to the One-Stop Center for even faster
service!

Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.,
Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,

The Palm Beach County Clerk (Mobile) Office is in Boca Raton every Tuesday and Wednesday from
7:00 am - 3:00 pm outside the main Police Services building at 100 N.W. Boca Raton Blvd.
The Palm Beach County Tax Collector (including Motor Vehicle Services) provides a Full Service
(Mobile) Unit, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm on Mondays and Fridays at the Police Services building,
100 N.W. Boca Raton Blvd.; and Thursday at West Boca Plaza, 23081 S. State Road 7.
In addition, the City Hall Annex, 5700 Jog Road at the far end of the parking lot at Spanish River
High School, serves as a base for police patrols in the northwestern area of the City. Citizens

Palm Tran, the County's public bus transportation service, provides service seven days per week.
Palm Tran also provides feeder bus service in Palm Beach County for Tri-Rail. Monthly passes are
