Welcome Potential Volunteer!

Volunteering is at the heart of citizen action. Collectively, you can serve your community and achieve goals that alone, cannot be accomplished. In the City of Boca Raton, volunteerism and community service are serious Business.

Volunteers, from students to retirees can be found greeting visitors in City Hall and Utility Services; tutoring; scheduling tee times at our golf courses, teaching science and environmental classes or coaching in our City's parks, helping counselors operate our summer camp programs; visiting elderly citizens, assisting the Fire and Police Departments helping keep our community safe; and lending their organization and clerical skills in many City departments.

Volunteers supplement our staff by enhancing and expanding City services.
