The City of Boca Raton is pleased to offer automatic bank drafting to pay your utility bill at no additional cost for the service. The
Automatic Bank Draft can save you time, postage, and ensure that your
bi - monthly utility payment is made in a timely manner.
This method of payment for your utility bill will allow you to
have your payments transferred directly by a debit from your bank
account.
The information below will help you understand more about the new
service and how you can sign up:

With automatic bank drafting you will receive your regular
utility bill. Printed on the bill will be this message “Your
bank account will be drafted for Amount due" on the next
line the message will read "Do not pay this bill”.
Then 25 days from the billing date the payment will automatically
be transferred from your bank account.

You can apply for this
service simply by completing the AUTOMATIC
BANK DRAFTING SERVICE AUTHORIZATION FORM and return it to: 201 W. Palmetto Park Rd.
Boca Raton, FL 33432. After you return this completed form
(with a “Voided” check) you will continue to pay
your bi -monthly utility bill until your bill shows it is being
applied to a bank drafting process. This will generally be the
second utility billing after you sign up for the service.

It is important
to remember that inadequate funds in your bank account to
cover the payment, will be handled like a return check. Both
the bank and the City of Boca Raton will assess an appropriate
service charge.
