Exit Palmetto Park Road and head east. Turn left onto Federal Highway (US 1) head north. Mizner Park is located approximately 1/2 mile north on the east side of Federal Highway. Enter into any of the three entrances into Mizner Park. There are four free parking garages for your convenience along with on street parking.

Parking:
Parking is available in four parking garages located on both the south and north ends of Mizner Park. In addition to the garages, metered on-street parking is also available. Valet service is available on the east side of Mizner Park located between Max's Grille and Villagio, on the west side by Trulucks and in front of Uncle Julio's. Paid, preferred parking is available on concert nights in the lot adjacent to the amphitheater.

Insurance Requirements

The amphitheater is owned and operated by the City of Boca Raton and can be rented by private or non profit organizations for various functions, including concerts, performances, fundraising events, festivals and private functions. Corporate functions that include entertainment and catered dinners, parties and weddings are also popular in the amphitheater. Please review the amphitheater worksheet for fees, and call the office at 393-7984 for availability of dates. A refundable deposit is required to hold a date for an event.

History of the Count de Hoernle Amphitheater at Mizner Park
The Count de Hoernle Amphitheater in Mizner Park, a state-of- the-art outdoor amphitheater, colonnade and concert green which accommodates 4,200 people, opened in November 2002. In October of 2010, the City of Boca Raton took over the operations and ownership of the amphitheater.
The facility serves as a social, cultural and educational center for South County residents and draws audiences from throughout South Florida. Since its inaugural year, the amphitheater has entertained more than one million people.

Who can use the amphitheater?

Corporate functions that include entertainment and catered dinners have been very successful at the amphitheater, and then of course musical concerts and performances, both free and ticketed take place in the amphitheater.

What is the first step I take if I’m interested in renting the amphitheater?
The first step is to review the fees and requirements for using the facility. The rental worksheet is designed to help you understand some of the costs and considerations of using the amphitheater for your event. The next step is to call and find out if the date you are interested in is open and available. What am I ALLOWED/NOT ALLOWED to bring inside the amphitheater?
Items NOT ALLOWED inside the amphitheater for events include: Umbrellas, pets, alcoholic beverages, coolers, backpacks, or weapons. If the event is ticketed, please check your ticket for restrictions on cameras and video recording devices.

I am coming to the amphitheater for a concert. Can I bring my chair in?
If you are attending a free event that is sponsored by the City of Boca Raton, you may usually bring a blanket or chair, but check the website for specifics or call (561) 544-8600. If the event is ticketed, you may not bring a chair, but you may be able to bring a blanket, but please check your ticket for seating information.

What do I do if it rains?
Most events at the amphitheater are rain or shine, please check your ticket. While we cannot allow umbrellas inside, you may want to bring a poncho or raincoat.

Where can I park?
There are several free parking garages in Mizner Park. During ticketed events, there is paid, preferred parking adjacent to the amphitheater. Mizner Park also offers valet service in various locations.

Can I purchase tickets through the City, or at an on site box office?
The box office for concerts is open after 12:00 on the day of the show. It is outside the entrance to the amphitheater and is operated by the promoter of the concert. The website should have links for tickets. The City of Boca Raton does not sell tickets for concerts.

If the event is cancelled and I have a ticket, who do I contact?
Check your ticket and contact the ticketing agency or the promoter of the event.
